Some venues with larger rooms require more/or larger speakers to properly maintain an adequate sound level. For events with guests of 150 or more or if your event is in a large ballroom with high ceilings this option is highly recommended!!!
Ceremony Music.................................................................................$100.00/Hour
If you are getting married at your reception venue or outdoors we can provide beautiful traditional or non-traditional music for your ceremony. We’ll play music for the prelude (about 30 minutes prior to your actual ceremony start time), processionals, special traditions (unity candle) and the recessional. This option requires the purchase of the Second Sound System below for an additional $100.00. ($200.00 total for 1 hour of ceremony music and second sound system). If you already have "Live" music arranged for your ceremony we can provide just the sound/pa system with two wireless mics(Lapel or handheld mics) (one mic for the Groom to capture your wedding vows (optional) and one mic for the officiate for only $150.00. (Off site ceremonies at a different location from the reception are $200.00 with ceremony music and the second sound system already included).
Second Sound System............................................................................$100.00
Ideal for providing the music for your ceremony, especially if your ceremony is in a different location from the reception. We will set up our main DJ system for the reception and use a smaller, compact system with 2 wireless mics
for the ceremony music/ PA system. This will eliminate the need to
relocate equipment during your event. Also ideal for a cocktail/social
hour in a separate room or outdoors.
Electric Generator....................................................................................$85.00
We can provide our own power for our sound system for ceremony locations
without electricity or if your ceremony location is too far away from
your venue to run extension cords. This option is the perfect
solution for remote outdoor ceremony locations such as parks or historic
settings. The fee is a one time rental fee and not an hourly
charge.
Live Pianist......................................................................................$100.00/Hour Wouldn't it be elegant to have a professional Pianist for your wedding ceremony or during cocktail hour? How about to entertain your wedding guests during dinner? Our Pianist will add a touch of class to your cocktail hour or reception. (Piano must be provided by Venue)

Karaoke..................................................$50.00 (additional with DJ booking)
A fun, interactive way to get your guests involved. It’s Fun for all ages! Your The Star, when you sing-a-long with your favorite songs from yesterday and today! Karaoke can be integrated along with DJ dancing. Lyrics can also be projected onto our 10’ big rear projection screen for “Big Screen Karaoke” for an additional fee. Price above is for 13” Video monitor On Karaoke TV stand. (Call us for availability or separate package pricing).
Media Projector / Screen Rental.......................................................................$150.00
We can set up and provide a media projector and video screen for video
presentations or slideshows at Weddings, Anniversaries or Corporate
Events. We normally use a 6' front projection screen. Larger front
projection screen sizes (larger than 6') are available at an additional
cost. We also have a large 6'x8’ rear or front projection screen
available for an additional $50.00. The Video source can either be a USB Flash Drive, DVD, VHS tape, or laptop.
You can copy all of your pictures (JPEG files) onto your flash drive and
we can plug your flash drive directly into our media projector or DVD
player and start a slideshow without the extra expense of having a
production company produce the slideshow or having to burn it to a DVD. We can provide just the media projector and/
or DVD player only for $75.00 if you don't require a screen or if your venue already has a
video screen they can provide! We will take care of starting and running
your video presentation during your event at the appropriate time.
DVD Music Video Dance Party...........$200.00 (additional with DJ booking)
An “MTV” style music video show with your favorite music videos played from DVD and projected onto a Big 10’ diagonal rear projection screen. Four 30” T.V. monitors can be used for smaller venues with low ceiling height. . A V.J. (video Jockey) will mix And play non-stop music videos by request.

Up to 12 LED Lights can be programmed to the color or colors of your choice. We can even create custom colors. Lights can be set to stay the same color for your entire event or we can change the colors at anytime. They can be even be set to run in sound active mode during the dancing portion of your event to create an exciting atmosphere. Soundwaves Digital Photo Package
We can take pictures with our digital camera during your ceremony and have them playing on a large projection screen as your guests are arriving at the reception. Imagine being introduced at your wedding reception and seeing a picture of you and your fiancé's kiss on the screen as you make your way to the dance floor for your First Dance together as husband and wife. We will also take pictures during your reception to capture "Special Moments" and "Memories" which will be displayed on the video screen during the event. During your Last Dance song, we will show all the pictures that were taken of your special day for you and all of your guests to enjoy as you depart the reception for your honeymoon. We will then burn all of the digital pictures onto a DVD as a keepsake for you both to cherish during your lifetime together.

A Soundwaves DJ will come to your home or school with 2 Bubble Machines for One Hour and play Fun Interactive Games and Dances such as The Hokey Pokey, Chicken Dance, Limbo, YMCA, Hot Potato, Musical Chairs, Twist Contest with Hula Hoops, Balloon Races, Cotton Eyed Joe, Barbie Girl, Cha Cha Slide, Macarena, Electric Slide, The Train and more.
