All of Our Wedding Packages Include:

• FREE initial personal wedding consultation to discuss your vision for your reception.
• Fully customized music selection for your event from our Most Requested Song Lists or Online Wedding Planner.  You choose the songs that you prefer your DJ to play or the songs that you think your family and friends might like as well.  You can also provide a "Do Not Play List" of specific songs or types of music that you prefer not to have played at your reception.  You may even provide some of your own favorite music if you prefer for your DJ. (optional)
• 24/7 access to our Online Wedding Planner Software so you can organize, change your reception or ceremony details, formal dance song selections and song requests from home, work or from your I-pad or smart phone!
• Final Consultation 4-6 weeks prior to your event date to finalize the details for your big day.  At this meeting we will go over bridal party introductions, music selection, timeline and reception itinerary.
• Your DJ will also help co-ordinate the timing of the different reception events with you, your photographer and caterer to help make your special day  "Stress Free" so you can relax and enjoy your reception.  Your DJ will line up the bridal party in the correct order before the formal introductions and will also make all formal reception announcements such as your First Dance, Bridal Party Dance, Father/Daughter & Mother/Groom Dances, Cake Cutting, Dollar Dance, Bouquet and Garter Toss and the Anniversary/ Longest Married Couple Dance depending upon which formalities you have chosen.
• Free Basic Light Package (your choice of either colored lights or white lights depending upon your preference (Lights are only used during dancing)!
• Wireless Microphone for Best Man/ Maid/Matron of Honor Toast's and for the Blessing before the meal
• DJ Interaction with your guests
• All prices and packages include set up and break down of equipment.  We arrive 1.5 hours prior to your guests arrival at your venue for set up and a sound check. You will receive a full 3, 4, 5 or 6 hours playing time depending on which package you choose below.

Saturday wEDDING Reception Packages and RATES

THREE HOURS $695.00 

Four Hours  $795.00  (Normally about 1 hour left for dancing after cocktail/social hour, meal and traditional reception formalities are completed)

Five Hours   $895.00  (This is our most Popular and most booked package....Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours dancing time after cocktail hour, meal and formalities)!

Six Hours     $995.00  (Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours for dancing after cocktail hour, meal and all reception formalities are completed)

*We also offer a $150.00 Friday or Weekday wedding discount and a $100.00 Sunday event discount.  A $100.00 discount can also be applied if your event date is on a Saturday during the following months that are not considered to be prime wedding months (January, February, March, April, November or December)!!! (Only one discount per customer per event. Discounts cannot be combined!  These discounts are only applicable toward a 4 or 5 hour package only and cannot be applied to a 3 hour package. Discounts are not applicable on Holidays or Holiday weekends.

* Please note:  Events beyond a 60 mile radius of our home office in York, Pa. are subject to an additional charge of $75.00 for time and travel expenses.

Each additional hour/ OVERTIME

$100.00 per Hour or $50.00 per Half Hour (If pre-booked before the actual event date)

$120.00 per Hour or $60.00 per Half Hour  (if added on the day of your event)

* Please note that overtime can always be added on your event date if you and your guests would like to to stay longer. If you need to add additional overtime on your event date, the payment for the additional overtime is required to be paid to your DJ  prior requesting extended playtime on your event date.

Ceremony Music / Additional Sound/PA System For Wedding Ceremony

Ceremony Music (1 hour) - $100.00   (We can provide beautiful,  traditional or non-traditional music of your choice for your wedding ceremony. We normally start with prelude music of your choice approx. 30 minutes prior to your actual ceremony start time as your guests are arriving and being seated  for the service.  Most ceremonies on average are about 20-30 minutes.  You can also include your ceremony (up to 1 hour) in either the 5 or 6 hour reception packages above without any additional charge for your ceremony.

Second Sound/ Pa System - $125.00   If your ceremony is outdoors or in a different location or room from your reception, we can provide an additional, compact sound system with wireless mics for your ceremony.  If you already have "Live Music" arranged for your ceremony we can provide just a PA system with wireless mics for the officiate, Groom, soloist, or scripture reader.

* If your ceremony is in the same room as your reception we can utilize our main sound system for both the ceremony and reception without any additional charge for an additional sound system.  The only additional charge would be for the ceremony music depending on which reception package you choose above.   You can include your ceremony (up to 1 hour) in either the 5 or 6 hour reception packages above without any additional charge for your ceremony music.  The only additional charge would be if you would require an additional sound system for your ceremony which is an additional $125.00.

Reserving your date and Optional Payment Plan

* A $100.00 deposit is required along with a signed contract to secure your date.  For your convenience, you may make payments on your remaining balance at anytime prior to your event date. I will mail you a receipt and invoice for each payment made on your account prior to your date.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Debit cards and personal checks for your convenience.
